Solar Inbound Support Specialist

Octopus Energy is seeking a Solar Inbound Support Specialist in Coventry, UK. The role involves assisting customers interested in Solar PV installations, providing support for all queries. This position is full-time and based in the office, emphasizing customer service and the promotion of renewable energy solutions. Training will be provided at their dedicated R&D center.

We're looking for an Inbound Solar Support Specialist who's role will be to support customers who are interested in having Solar PV installed at their home, managing all queries however small they may be. This role is full time Birmingham based in our office on Colmore Row.
