Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our Louisville Metro team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating homeowners about solar energy solutions, guiding them through the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in face-to-face sales, particularly in the solar industry, and demonstrate professionalism and poise while effectively negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Responsibilities
• Meet with homeowners at the scheduled time to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of solar energy systems.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after installation.
• Collaborate with management, back-end, and homeowner to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry developments, and competitive landscape.

Experience
• Proven experience within the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay motivated and results driven
• Proficiency in software for managing customer interactions.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Bilingual in Spanish would be a definite plus
