Job Description

ATTB - The Big Jobsite is seeking a Renewable Energy Recruitment Consultant with experience in energy recruitment, particularly in renewable sectors like wind and solar. This remote position requires strong 360 agency recruitment skills and a focus on bringing in new clients. The company offers training, high earning potential with a 20% commission scheme, and a supportive team environment. Applicants must reside in the UK for tax purposes.
Remote opportunity - Must have energy recruitment experience, renewable, wind, solar or have done White Collar Construction Recruitment, Oil and Gas or another closely related market in an agency.

The company focus on Permanent and Contract placements into mainly onshore and offshore wind with the view to do more in Solar in the future. They are part of a wider Group and have a partner recruitment business with strong financial backing.

Opportunity

Perm Recruitment Consultant/ Senior/ Principal Consultant with Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients.

Selling Points

Be trained and have 1 to 1 coaching and development from someone who billed £700k last year whilst managing a team, this is a very high earning sector and you'd be working with the best of the best.

Requirements

Strong 360 agency recruitment background

Energy Recruitment experience ideally, but you will also be considered if you come from Oil and gas/ Infrastructure, Construction recruitment and related area

You will need to be a perm recruiter rather than contract.

Living within the UK (for tax purposes, you will not be considered if you live outside the UK)

At least 3 years solid 360 recruitment experience

Confident at bringing in new business
