Health Safety and Wellbeing Manager

Symal Infrastructure is seeking a Health Safety and Wellbeing Manager in Melbourne, VIC. The role Take the lead responsibility for all Health & Safety aspects of civil construction projects Positively influence the health and safety culture and performance of the project Develop, implement, and own the health and safety strategy Approach projects with a continuous improvement mindset About you Previous experience in a similar safety role with leadership experience Experience in coaching to develop safety peers and project personnel in Health & Safety Civil construction experience ideally on large infrastructure You will have a relevant Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety combined with extensive experience on large scale rail projects, ideally in Australia.
