POSITION SUMMARY:

The ESG & Health & Safety Performance Coordinator will play a central role in advancing the company’s sustainability strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting environmental, social, governance (ESG), and health & safety (HS) initiatives across all business operations. Key duties include define collecting and reporting ESG and H&S data, monitoring KPIs, coordinating global strategies, and collaborating with employees and stakeholders' company-wide.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define Measurement Standards
• Identify and specify ESG and H&S metrics to be tracked.
• Oversee ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and Health & Safety (H&S) activities at the corporate level.
• Drive alignment and collaboration between Environment, Health & Safety, Compliance, teams.
• Coordinate data collection, reporting, and KPI tracking across all business units and sites.
• Monitor and audit corporate ESG and HS programs (e.g., Modern Slavery, ethical sourcing, GHG emissions, workplace safety).
• Manage risk assessments and ensure ongoing regulatory and policy compliance.
• Develop and update ESG-related corporate policies, annual reports, and audit findings communication.
• Support digital integration of ESG and HS data via dashboard and reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or related field (Finance/Accounting a plus).
• 3+ years experience in ESG, sustainability, EHS, or HR programs, with a focus on data collection and dashboard reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
