Job Description: Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for an Environmental Specialist Trainee or Environmental Specialist within the Water/Wastewater Engineering Division, located at our Headquarters facility in Millersville, MD. This position focuses on biosolids management for facilities statewide. The qualified candidate will provide technical support that could include regulatory permitting and reporting, compliance monitoring, biosolids contract management, and operational support. Environmental Specialist (ES) – one year of experience in environmental science, regulations, engineering or management.
