The Role

As the EHS Officer you will be based in the Bradford Office, but will be required to travel to the Leeds office on a weekly basis.You will have experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company. The role is varied, and will involve, but won't be limited to.....
• Advising stakeholders on EHS matters
• Ensure EHS systems are maintained to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Deliver EHS training, support continuous improvement
• Ensure site compliance of all EHS legislation.
• Monitor and review site Environmental Aspects and Impacts.
• Organise or conduct internal and external EHS training requirements
• Monitor compliance to EHS legislation and other requirements.
• Undertake integrated QEHS internal audits.
• Advise and inform Managers and employees on environment, health and safety issues, changes in legislation, standards and Company Policy.
• Advise on safety aspects in the design and use of plant, machinery and equipment.
