Job Description

We are seeking a Crew Lead to oversee and manage our solar installation teams. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will guide your team through each project, ensuring efficiency, problem-solving on-site challenges, and upholding Sunergy’s commitment to excellence. Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of solar installers, ensuring safe and efficient installations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating tasks and workflows.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installations.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Sunergy’s safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and team members.
• Conduct site assessments and ensure accurate documentation of completed work.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in solar installation is a MUST.
• Proven leadership experience in construction, electrical, or solar industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, roofing, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor.
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined spaces.
