The role:

As a Supervisor with Unyte Eastern, you will enhance our capabilities with clients by building strong relationships, managing and coordinating projects, and delivering our scope efficiently, safely and on budget.

We are seeking someone who is comfortable working away from home with flexibility to commit to rostered work as we have work across the entire QLD region also. These roles will involve FIFO / DIDO with friendly rosters in place.

We are a Brisbane based company, and so as we build up our local workbook, more local opportunities will arise.

Your impact:

You will ensure our site operations are a well-oiled machine, resulting in profitable growth for our business and the fostering of key relationships across the sector.

Your every day:
• Successfully manage the program, budgets and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a high-quality project is delivered.
• Constantly build strong client relationships that position Unyte for repeat work.
• Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project.
• Be the focal point for all trades and labour in your area.
• Ensure a strong safety culture is upheld across our site operations.

Who are you?
• Current Driver's License.
• Similar experience in Civil Supervisor positions across QLD.
• Ideally having completed a Cert III in Civil Construction, and a Cert IV Supervision in Civil Construction.
• Flexibility in being able to travel regionally and work away from home.
• Self-motivated, ability to implement and lead change and a strong work ethic.
