We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial IP Lawyer to join our team in London.

Your Role:

As Commercial IP Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for managing patents and trademark registrations, contract management, and assisting with M&A due diligence.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of commercial IP experience
• Mixture of in-house and law firm experience as an England & Wales qualified Lawyer
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
