Workshop Manager

Zoomo, a leading platform for commercial use e-bikes, is seeking a Workshop Manager in Chippendale, NSW, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of mechanics, ensuring quality repairs and outstanding customer service. Other responsibilities include streamlining workflow processes, handling technical issues, managing inventory, and providing expert eBike maintenance advice. Requirements include proven experience as a bicycle mechanic, demonstrated leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of eBike components, and strong problem-solving abilities. Certification in eBike or bicycle mechanic training programs is a plus. Passion for cycling and electric mobility is highly desirable.
