Job Description

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Wisconsin Government Relations Director to advance public policy initiatives and achieve global goals for land, water, wildlife, and people. This role involves working with elected leaders, government agencies, and community/non-profit groups to advocate for conservation funding and policy related to various environmental issues. The director will also serve on the Wisconsin Chapter Leadership Team, supervise colleagues, and engage volunteer leaders in advocacy efforts. Strong relationship-building, political understanding, and problem-solving skills are required for success in this role.
