Vice President, Project Finance

The Vice President, Project Finance at Apex Clean Energy in Charlottesville, VA, will lead tax equity, debt financing, and project sale transactions for renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include managing deal teams, negotiating and structuring deals, presenting transactions to senior management, and maintaining key finance relationships. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with renewable energy project transactions, strong project finance expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. This is a full-time exempt position within the Finance department at the company's headquarters.
