Venture Financing Consultant (Equity Fund Raise)

Optiontown is seeking a Venture Financing Consultant to assist in raising equity funding. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in raising equity capital for high-tech software or other companies through venture capital, growth capital, or private equity investors in the USA. They should have a strong network of contacts with investors in the New England area or New York/Philadelphia. This is initially a contract position with potential for full-time employment, offering flexible work arrangements and compensation based on successful capital raised.
