Job Title: Technician I - Technician III

You must have the ability to climb 300+ feet possibly multiple times a day to complete the work at hand of that project. Their focus is to ensure the work they are performing is of the highest standards and safety is always number one while taking direction from either a lead technician or an individual identified by management to lead the project. The Technicians main focus is to meet and exceed the customer's expectation by staying safe and completing the tasks at a high level of quality.
Work Responsibilities
• Abide all safety regulations and policies
• Maintain a high level of safety behavior on project
• Follow any and all procedures for the tasks you are assigned
• Always Keep customer relationships positive by servicing as a representative of the company
• Communicate well with others on the project and leaders as needed
• Comes to leadership with possible solutions
• Answers Operational procedure questions from Management or safety as needed.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Travel 100% with R&Rs every 6 to 8 weeks (per diem)
• Good Steward of the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week

Experience:
• Wind Turbine Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
