Chicano Sol LLC is seeking Agricultural Workers and Laborers for crop cultivation in Blain, PA. Responsibilities include planting, cultivating, harvesting vegetables/fruits, as well as nursery duties such as soil preparation, planting, and maintenance. Additional tasks may involve general farm maintenance and equipment repair. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with optional additional hours. Workers may be asked to work longer hours depending on field conditions. Periods of downtime may occur due to weather or crop conditions.
