Telco Product Owner

AGL Energy is seeking a Telco Product Owner to oversee the implementation of initiatives within the Telco strategic uplift program. The role involves collaborating across the business to execute telco-specific digital improvement projects and enhance AGL's customer experience. The Product Owner will lead a team in implementing improvements under an Agile framework, define the vision and roadmap for the domain, design and test new product features, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, and establish success metrics. The ideal candidate has digital product ownership experience, agile experience, commercial thinking, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital analytics.
