Technical Communicator-Machine Division

The Technical Services Communicator at Caterpillar in Corpus Christi, TX is responsible for analyzing and communicating technical product issues for Caterpillar Machines to external customers. Key responsibilities include evaluating product issues, researching solutions, communicating effectively, managing technical services tooling, liaising with manufacturers and departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
