Talent Acquisition Specialist / Partner, 18 month contract

Tilt Renewables, a market leader in the renewable energy industry, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Partner on an 18-month contract. The role involves developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy, recruiting and assessing candidates, identifying critical talent, supporting succession planning, and managing recruitment budgets. The ideal candidate will have recruitment management experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably in the renewable energy sector, and possess knowledge of recruitment best practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
