**Responsibilities:**

**THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY:**

• Collaborate with Leadership to develop long-term growth strategies and prioritize goals for audience development, content strategy, partnership curation, retail site coordination, and resource allocation.
• Conduct audits of each brand within the portfolio to identify immediate improvement opportunities.
• Design organizational strategies for future growth, scalability, and efficiency.

**PROCESS MANAGEMENT:**

• Manage Amyris Studios budget for content, social media, events, and creative agency with a focus on efficiency and revenue opportunities.
• Implement standardized systems and processes to monitor the success of key initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, and resourcing for successful execution.

**TEAM MANAGEMENT:**

• Ensure organization policies are followed and lead a trusting and productive team environment.
• Manage a team of graphic designers, editors, writers, producers, project managers, and external talents to ensure efficient output.
• Recruit and retain talent needed for success.

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in operations and strategy.
• Knowledge of operational functions including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
• Experience in budgeting, business plan development, HR, and contract execution.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience in managing and collaborating with creative teams.
