Job Description

Cruise is seeking a Staff Failure Analysis Engineer to investigate electrical/electromechanical component failures in autonomous vehicles. The role involves collaborating with various teams, conducting failure analysis using techniques like X-ray and SEM-EDS, and providing expert consultation. The ideal candidate should have a BS in Electrical Engineering, 10 years of experience, expertise in failure analysis or electrical design, and proficiency in reading schematics and operating test equipment. Strong knowledge of advanced failure analysis techniques and PCBA manufacturing is required.
