Sr. Legal Counsel (e-STORAGE)

Canadian Solar is looking for a Sr. Legal Counsel to support its utility-scale energy storage business unit. The role involves providing legal advice on construction, regulatory, and commercial law matters, negotiating and drafting various contracts, assisting with project management, and managing litigation and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be able to provide sound legal advice, and work effectively with senior management, outside counsel, and customers. The candidate should also have at least 5-7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating EPC/Construction contracts.
