Solutions Engineer

Fluence is seeking a Solutions Engineer to deliver energy storage projects in Australia. The engineer will be responsible for all engineering and technical aspects of project design, development, and implementation. They will coordinate with subcontractors and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires experience in a matrixed and virtual environment, working with multiple stakeholders and as part of a global team. Energy storage experience is preferred but not mandatory, and an agile mindset is essential. Effective communication and cooperation with project participants is also expected.
