AGT is looking for hard-working Service Technicians to join their GREEN TEAM!

Key Responsibilities
• Tracks, communicates, and reports all field work in in timely manner
• Report writing, data analysis, and work order actively documenting
• Reads drawing sets and project test results to prepare for system inspection
• Works closely with customers pre and post-installation to ensure installation, performance, and functionality of the system meets their standards
• Prioritizes work requests and self-schedule
• Performs required preventive maintenance activities on residential, commercial, and industrial PV systems to maintain warranty coverage
• Installs and maintains monitoring systems
• Tests electrical systems of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures using testing devices such as thermal cameras, IV curve tracers, multimeters, etc. to ensure compatibility and safety of the system
• Inspects systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
• Troubleshoots and repairs string inverters, modules, power meters, meteorological stations, and data acquisition systems
• Troubleshoots and repairs DC and AC electrical systems including testing for open circuit voltage, operating string current, IV curves, insulation, resistance, and thermal imaging
• Generates material and scope for recommended actions
• Ensures the vehicle, tooling, electronics, software, and company property issued are accounted for and taken care of
• Attends training courses
• Acts as a team player in the ongoing development and improvement of the service team
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
