Solar Sales Associate

RADIX is hiring a Solar Sales Associate in Tempe, AZ. The role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales. Candidates should have strong customer service and sales skills, preferably with experience in technology sales. The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a compensation package including bonuses and commission. This is an in-person role with a preference for candidates able to commute or relocate to Tempe.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
