Solar Installer

Tradeco of Syracuse is hiring Solar Installers for a new ground mount project in Horseheads, NY. No prior experience is required, but a background in construction is preferred. Responsibilities include installing mechanical hardware, racking components, wiring assemblies, and solar modules. Candidates must be reliable, able to work 40-50 hours per week in various weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers $18–22 per hour. OSHA 10 certification is preferred but can be provided.
