Shift Manager

AGL Energy is seeking a Shift Manager to join their Station Operations team at the Loy Yang Power Station in Australia. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing the Operations Group to ensure daily production targets are met in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner. The role involves ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental systems, promoting efficiency and waste elimination, and providing leadership to a team of shift workers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, knowledge of power plant operations, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and develop a team. Relevant qualifications in the energy industry are highly regarded.
