Shift Manager

AGL, an energy company based in Traralgon VIC, Australia, is seeking a Shift Manager to join their Station Operations team at Loy Yang Power Station. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing the Operations Group to ensure daily production targets are met in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, knowledge of power plant operations, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team. Relevant qualifications and certifications are highly regarded.
