Service Engineer (Aug 2023)

Siemens Energy is hiring a Service Engineer in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Information Computer Technology, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in technology administration. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, upgrading, testing, and maintaining software and hardware, as well as providing technical support for power plant/control systems. Knowledge of Siemens SPPA-T3000, SPPA-T2000, Omnivise, PCS7 Distributed Control Systems, and industrial communication protocols is preferred. Strong understanding of network concepts and cybersecurity is required. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and occasional travel.
