Service Delivery Manager

APA Group, a leading Australian energy infrastructure business, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their Information Technology team in Melbourne. The manager will be responsible for IT service delivery, incident management, and process improvement in accordance with ITIL practices. Key responsibilities include setting performance expectations, fostering a collaborative team environment, and managing service delivery budgets. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a complex IT environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and relevant certifications such as ITIL V4. Experience with the Service Now Platform is preferred.
