Job Description

Agl Energy is seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Customer to join their team in Melbourne, Victoria. The role involves overseeing service management and support for core SAP applications in the Customer Markets Technologies team, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have leadership experience in service management, in-depth knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks, and expertise in SAP IS-U modules. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position with opportunities for growth. Applications close on January 26th, 2024.
