Responsibilities include spearheading feature development, ensuring high standards of performance and quality, diagnosing and solving issues, and mentoring junior developers. Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of Java development experience, knowledge of microservices architecture, and proficiency in various technologies such as gRPC, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms.
