The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, identifying project gaps, applying engineering principles, specifying equipment, and ensuring consistent communication. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years of project design experience, and familiarity with BESS or PV projects. PE certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are preferred.
