Senior Legal Counsel

Fluence is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support and manage legal matters for Fluence Australia, with occasional involvement in Southeast and East Asia. The role involves negotiating, drafting, and administering contracts for the delivery of energy storage systems, as well as advising on corporate issues, intellectual property, labor law, privacy, and regulatory compliance. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the commercial arrangements of a global organization and work on renewable energy projects in Australia and Asia. The Senior Legal Counsel will lead contract negotiations, draft contracts, and provide support throughout the project life cycle. They will also assist in creating and updating the company's contract templates.
