Senior Lawyer - Renewable Energy

JD Ross Energy is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join their team in Melbourne or Sydney. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and provide legal advice to support the company's renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include providing legal practice and advice, drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, negotiating with external law firms, and handling disputes. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification with 6+ years PQE and experience in M&A, development, construction, and operations of large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects. This is a full-time position.
