Senior GGRF Program Manager at Elemental Excelerator

**Employer:** Elemental Excelerator **Location:** USA **Salary:** $93,000 - $155,700 Annually

Elemental Excelerator is a nonprofit investor dedicated to scaling climate solutions for deep community impact. With a 14-year track record, they invest in companies pioneering essential solutions to pressing climate challenges, making neighborhoods and homes cleaner, healthier, and safer. They have invested in over 160 climate companies to date, successfully stewarded $180 million in government and philanthropic resources, and leveraged their expertise to de-risk technologies and attract additional investment.

About the Policy Lab

In 2021, Elemental launched its Policy Lab to advance results-focused policy solutions at the nexus of climate tech innovation and social impact. The Policy Lab brings together policymakers, technology entrepreneurs, investors, and community leaders in collective action to motivate change where it is needed most.

About the Role

Elemental Excelerator is preparing to deploy capital towards qualified projects under the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). The objectives of this fund are to:

  1. Reduce emissions of greenhouse gases and other air pollutants
  2. Deliver benefits to low-income and disadvantaged communities (LIDACs)
  3. Mobilize financing and private capital to stimulate additional deployment of greenhouse gas and air pollution-reducing technologies.

This role will play a critical part in supporting the activities needed to ensure investing and programmatic success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining internal systems that organize projects along programmatic requirements
  • Coordinating project pipeline development across internal Elemental teams and climate technology companies
  • Developing investment theses for future GGRF project investments
  • Representing Elemental at related working group meetings and events

This role requires the ability and willingness to quickly develop subject matter expertise on complex program requirements, as well as strong project management skills within a rapidly evolving landscape. You could be a great addition to the team if you are:
