We are looking for a Senior Solar Design Engineer who is an expert in AutoCAD, and other design tools. Your role will be crucial in designing and optimizing solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design solar PV systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
✔ Perform shadow analysis, load calculations, and structural feasibility studies.
✔ Develop detailed electrical and structural drawings using AutoCAD and related tools.
✔ Optimize designs for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✔ Ensure compliance with IEC, MNRE, and state solar policies.
✔ Collaborate with the installation and project management teams for seamless execution.
✔ Provide technical support during procurement, installation, and commissioning.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Strong experience in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and SketchUp.
✅ Deep understanding of solar panel layouts, inverter selection, and BOS components.
✅ Knowledge of government regulations and net metering policies.
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
