Senior Assembly Engineer

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Senior Assembly Engineer to work on the SPARC Tokamak assembly process. The role involves providing design feedback, scoping solutions, managing tooling projects, collaborating with teammates, and supporting hands-on operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, analysis skills, CAD modeling experience, and a focus on simplicity. Additional preferred qualifications include project ownership experience, lifting operations knowledge, and familiarity with welding capabilities.
