Job Description

Loam Bio is seeking a Senior Agronomist to work with growers in support of carbon farming. The role involves providing agronomic advice, ensuring product uptake, and driving economic success for projects. Responsibilities include assessing farm conditions, implementing carbon farming practices, building partnerships with growers, and collaborating on carbon farming plans. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field, 7-10+ years of experience, strong customer service skills, and a strong understanding of plant nutrition and soil fertility.
