Senior 3D Environment Artist

Tencent is seeking a Senior 3D Environment Artist in Singapore to create and manage environment maps and levels, ensuring stylistic consistency and quality. The role requires over 3 years of experience, proficiency in UE4, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include tracking production progress, collaborating with the team on 3D technologies, and maintaining high aesthetic standards.

• Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for producing environment map and level, making adjustments and modifications to the model and mapping.

2. Participate in exploring and determining project style. Managing all environmental resources at the level.

3. Track the progress of the environment production, ensuring that the 3D environment resources are produced according to the specifications and are of the same style. Ensure the final performance of the environment.

4. Help other members of the project team to research 3D-related technologies and continuously improve the quality of the environment.
• Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in the related field. High Aesthetic Intelligence. A solid foundation of art skills.

2. Able to produce models, adjust materials, and map. Able to control the overall tone and style.

3. Proficient in using UE4. Familiar with UE4 map production and management processes. In-depth understanding of the overall art performance. Experienced in dealing with art performance problems.

4. Excellent communication skills. Able to work under pressure. Good team spirit.
