**Position Summary** Sells products, services, and solutions to customers and acts as a point of contact post-sale, focusing on ongoing customer satisfaction, retention, and growing business year over year. Maintains relationships with accounts by visiting customer sites within assigned territory defined by geographic area, industry, or product/service segment. Engages with customers in a variety of mediums to close sales and support clients, while advancing opportunities through the sales stages in CRM.

**Core Responsibilities and Tasks**

  • Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business
  • Creates and delivers quotes and proposals to deliver to customers
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and retention
  • Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting
  • Conducts Sales Presentations and Product Demos
  • Sells complex products and services utilizing developing knowledge of products, services, and industry to recommend best solutions to customers

**Position Requirements**

  • **Formal Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred BA/BS
  • **Experience:** 2-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong sales techniques and understanding of company offerings
  • Comprehensive knowledge in area of specialization
  • Ability to complete sales with little to no supervision
  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications

**Additional Details**

  • **Travel Requirements:** 30 to 60
  • **Salary Range:** $125k - $140k Total Target Compensation
