Right of Way (ROW) Agent (Field Based)

ERM is seeking Right of Way (ROW) Agents for pipeline and electric transmission projects in various U.S. locations. The agents will acquire land rights, licenses, and permits for construction. This is a field-based role with 100% travel. Responsibilities include negotiating with landowners, settling damage claims, and drafting necessary documents. Candidates need a high school diploma, 3-6 years of ROW experience, computer skills, and the ability to work in remote locations. ERM values diversity and sustainability in their work environment.
