Resource Planner

AGL, an energy company in Docklands VIC, Australia, is seeking a Resource Planner to join their team. The role involves coordinating the day-to-day operational resource planning process, including scheduling and rostering, to maximize available resources within budgets. The Resource Planner will also be accountable for payroll administration for contact centers. Key responsibilities include matching resources to workload, creating resourcing models, monitoring call volumes, planning shrinkages, and introducing new resource planning strategies. Forecasting capability is highly desirable. The role requires collaboration with the Operations team and other departments to develop the Resource Planning function.
