Residential and Commercial Design Expert

MGA I Michael Green Architecture is seeking a Residential and Commercial Design Expert in Vancouver, BC. The role requires an accredited Interior Design degree, NCIDQ certification (or in progress), and over 10 years of design experience. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Interior Design degree or diploma from an accredited program
- NCIDQ certification (or working towards it)
- Minimum of 10+ years of interior design experience across a broad range of project types
- Exceptional knowledge in design
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring design team members
- Working knowledge of Canadian and International Building Codes
- Proficiency with design and procurement of interior specification grade finishes, FF&E, and lighting
- Experience producing contract documents in AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
