Research & Development Manager

ALSTOM is seeking an experienced Research & Development Manager to join their Engineering team in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves coordinating strategic partnerships, overseeing R&D projects, managing innovation development activities, and driving local content and job creation. The ideal candidate should have project management experience, expertise in leading technical development teams, and strong leadership and management skills. A tertiary engineering qualification is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and commercial skills are also desired.
