Regional Account Manager at Harsco in Tampa, FL

**Job Description** The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s business within pre-assigned territories. This position is accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and target regional accounts and prospects in conjunction with the Director of Sales.
- Maintain current customers and acquire new customers by meeting or exceeding goals for territory revenue growth.
- Communicate regulatory compliance issues to customers and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profits through service changes and price increases.
**Qualifications** **Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sciences, Marketing, or Management.
- 3 years of outside sales experience selling outsourced services in manufacturing and industrial markets.
- 5 years of sales experience managing multiple accounts with over 50% travel required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of regulatory environments.
- Experience in waste management or environmental services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

**Salary Range:** $80K - $100K
