Recycling Depot Supervisor

Tomra, a company focused on Clean Loop Recycling, is looking for a Recycling Depot Supervisor for their new depot in Sunbury, Victoria. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the recycling depot, including managing a small team, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining WHS standards, and building relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, a forklift license, excellent computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset. A degree in Frontline Management is preferred but not required. The position is full-time and requires a mandatory police check and pre-employment medical assessment.
