Job Description

The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service is seeking a Ranger to contribute to the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna, and Aboriginal heritage in the Kanangra Area within the NPWS Blue Mountains Branch. The Ranger will be responsible for managing natural, historic, and Aboriginal heritage, coordinating projects and assessments, liaising with visitors and stakeholders, and conducting field-based activities. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance outdoor duties with indoor work. Essential requirements include a relevant degree, physical fitness, a driver's license, and certification for firefighting duties.
