Property Manager

Sustainable Management, Inc. seeks a part-time Community Manager for an affordable housing community in Mexico, MO. The role requires 20-25 hours per week with on-call availability for emergencies. Ideal candidates are self-starters with people skills and time management abilities. Experience in tax credit housing and Yardi software is beneficial but not mandatory.
