Job Description
The Australian Department of the Environment is seeking a Project Lead for their Geospatial Environmental Management System (GEMS) Project. The successful candidate will work with a team of scientists, engineers, and specialists to develop and implement a geographical information system and database for environmental stewardship at Australian Antarctic stations and field camps. They will engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and support the Australian Antarctic Program's goals of protecting the Antarctic environment and understanding its role in the global climate system. The position is located in Kingston, TAS, Australia.
